Oztech first installed a BMCS into 201 Miller Street in 2001, the system had been operating successfully for nearly ten years and had recently achieved a NABERS rating of 4 stars. The building owner, Colonial First State however wanted to further improve the tenant conditions and NABERS rating.
Oztech were engaged, together with the energy consultants, to design and install an all new BACnet system with advanced system features and control algorithms. The new system was fully commissioned in April 2011 and has since demonstrated month on month HVAC energy savings of in excess of 40%.
