In 2008 Oztech were engaged by Steensen Varming and Cromwell Property to provide a seamless BMCS upgrade to replace their existing BMCS.
The second stage of the works commenced in 2010 and will continue into 2012 involving a major mechanical upgrade of the HVAC system together with the installation of a gas fired co-generation plant and extensive tenancy fitout. Oztech provided all new addressable Oztech BACnet VAV controls together with Oztech BACnet multi purpose controllers for the control of the new plant and monitoring of the new co-gen plant. Extensive load shedding capabilities and MODBUS HLI between the co-generation has resulted in a complex yet user friendly building management and control system.
